Hana Al Maani is an accomplished finance and investment professional with over 20 years of experience across multiple sectors. Over the past decade, her expertise has been focused on private equity, market research, and investor relations.

Currently serving as Head of Investor Relations at OMINVEST, Hana has played a key role in shaping the company’s investor engagement strategy, including the development of a structured IR framework. She has also been instrumental in major corporate initiatives, such as managing a GCC education platform valued at 27 million OMR and contributing to the Liva Insurance merger.

Hana holds a Master’s in Logistics and Operations Management from Cardiff University, UK, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from Majan University, Oman
