MEIRA D&I Working Group Roundtable
MEIRA organised the first D&I Working Group roundtable on 26 May at 4 pm UAE time.
The session, which was led by Sofia El Boury, Head of IR at FAB and MEIRA Vice-Chair, welcomed Gillian Karran-Cumberlege, Founder of Fidelio Partners Board Practice, as our Keynote Speaker. Gillian helped us understand the meaning of diversity and inclusion from an IR perspective.
The roundtable served as a platform to share your own experience and thoughts on how IR can act as a catalyst to drive a more diverse and inclusive ecosystem in the Middle East and how MEIRA can leverage its position to lead this conversation.
